This bungalow is situated in the centre of a cozy and quiet neighbourhood in San Pedro del Pinatar. At walking distance
you will find many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and various shops. The bungalow is about meter van het strand
and the Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Blanca is also famous for its fantastic golfcourses. At about 7 kilometer you will
find the nearest golfclubs, where you can enjoy playing golf.
The bungalow has a spacious terrace of approximately 37 m² at the front. In addition, the bungalow has a private
swimming pool. The entrance to the bungalow provides access to a very spacious living room with an open kitchen.
Both the living room and the kitchen offer a lot of daylight through the large windows that the bungalow has. The
kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, such as an oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher
etc.
At the back of the bungalow you will find the 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bedroom at the front. In addition, this
bungalow also has 2 modern bathrooms. There are 2 double beds (160x200 and 150x200) and 2 single beds
(80x200). The bathrooms have a toilet, sink and large walk-in shower. In addition, there is a patio of approximately 12
m² at the rear of the bungalow. At the front of the bungalow you will find a stone staircase that provides access to the
private roof terrace. The roof terrace is very spacious and measures approx. 85 m². On this roof terrace you can
enjoy the Spanish sun all year round. On the roof terrace is an outdoor kitchen, but also a lounge area where you can
relax.
In total there are 3 bedrooms that are all equipped with a spacious double bed. In the bungalow there is Flemish
television and also Wi-Fi. The Dos Mares shopping center is only a few minutes away by car.
