This detached villa is located on a quiet street in San Pedro del Pinatar. About 1 kilometer away is the large shopping
center Dos Mares where you can shop to your heart's content. The garden with terrace and private pool is located at
the back of the villa. You are well sheltered here and have the sun on the terrace all afternoon until the evening.
The villa has a spacious living room with lots of natural light. There is satellite TV and Wi-Fi available in the villa. The
modern kitchen offers all the facilities one can expect. There is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle,
toaster and many other equipment. You can cook deliciously here without any problem and put a meal on the table.
