This modern townhouse is centrally located in a cosy and quiet area in Torre de la Horadada. Within walking distance,
you will find restaurants, bars, ice cream cafés and bakeries.
The house is located about 500 meters from the beach on the Mediterranean Sea and the beautiful marina of Torre de
la Horadada. Also, within short distance and slightly south you will find the long stretched and beautiful white sandy
beaches of Higuericas and El Mojón including the many nice chiringuitos (beach restaurants & bars).
You will enter the private garden and the property from the inside of the community, meaning that the garden is not
next to a public street making the terraces and balconies very relaxing both day- and night-time. The property is also
located conveniently right next to the entrance of the nice pool area. The pool area with its surroundings is beautiful
and the communal pool is large (20 meters) and perfect for a morning or evening swim. The pool also includes one
shallow and fenced part suitable for smaller children.
The living room and the dining area is spacious and stylishly furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and a dining table
for 6 persons. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as an induction hob, oven,
dishwasher, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc. In the patio (washing room) behind the kitchen
there is also a washing machine for clothes. For your convenience and free of charge usage, there is also a fast Wi-Fi
via optic fibre.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a ground floor garden/terrace both in the front and on one side
of the house so that you can always find the sun or the shadow. All bedrooms have their own balconies or terrace with
easy slide door accesses.
Ground floor:
The first bedroom is on the ground floor, together with one of the bathrooms, the kitchen and the living room. This
bedroom has a double bed of 160x200 cm.
First floor:
One floor up there are two more bedrooms. Both have their own spacious balconies and both with smaller tables and
two chairs each. One bedroom has 2 beds of 90x200 cm and the other bedroom has a double bed of 160x200 cm. On
this floor you will also find the second bathroom.
Top floor - roof terrace:
The indoor staircase takes you to the top floor of the house. Here on the roof terrace, you have a splendid 360 degrees
view, overlooking the Mediterranean all the way to La Manga, some mountains to watch when viewing the inland
sunset and finally but not least the inviting pool area. Here you will find two sunbeds. If you are lucky in the evening,
you will from here, see the pink flamingos stretching by on the black sky – absolutely amazing.
If needed you can park your car in the private garden of the house as it is quite big, and a special private car gate
allows for that. However, it is very easy to park for free just outside the community.

The client must pay the balance of the remaining 50% 6 weeks before arrival.
Cleaning will be paid on the day of arrival.
The deposit will be paid on the day of arrival and will be returned within 10 days of departure. (In case of damage or excessive consumption of electricity, the deposit will be retained in part or in full).
