This attractively furnished penthouse is located directly on the Mar Menor in Lo Pagan (San Pedro del Pinatar). The
penthouse is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached via a staircase. From all rooms you have a view of the sea.
Along the Mar Menor is a large boulevard where you can walk. You will also find several restaurants, bars and other
social surroundings within walking distance.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom with
a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge / freezer, washing
machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. With a staircase you reach the master bedroom which also has
a bathroom en-suite. There is a double bed in this bedroom. From this bedroom you have access to the private roof
terrace where you have a magnificent view over the Mar Menor and the elongated boulevard.
The penthouse has Wi-Fi and a garage to park a small car.

Cleaning will be paid on the day of arrival.
The deposit will be paid on the day of arrival and will be returned within 10 days of departure. (In case of damage or excessive consumption of electricity, the deposit will be retained in part or in full).
