This ground floor apartment is in a quiet residential area in San Pedro del Pinatar. You can park your car on the public road or on private land. The garden of
the apartment is oriented to the south so that you can enjoy the sun all day long. If it gets too hot, shade can be made with the pergola.
The living room and open kitchen layout is very attractively furnished. This with comfortable chairs and sofa. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all
necessary kitchen appliances. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom. Both bathrooms have a washbasin,
toilet and a large walk-in shower. The bedrooms are for double beds. One of the bedrooms has a single bed that can be extended to a double bed.
You can find the communal swimming pool at about 50 meters. Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and
satellite TV. Dutch TV can be activated against an additional payment.
Key transfer: The key transfer is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of residence from 4 p.m. On the day of
departure you normally leave the house before 11 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the
managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and do the key transfer with you personally and
give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
Total Service: We also provide airport service. If desired, we can also pick you up and drop you off at the airport. A Dutch-speaking driver will be waiting for you
upon arrival at the airport. You bring this directly to your holiday home and back to the airport at the agreed time. If desired, we also provide a shopping
package upon arrival. We will do everything to ensure you have a wonderful holiday!
