Description

This luxury apartment is located on the first floor of the popular Flamenca Village Resort. It is located right in the heart
of the tourist center of the Costa Blanca. You will find everything within walking distance, so a car is not necessary. If
you have a car, you can park it in the secure underground car park.
At only 600 meters you will find the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. The popular shopping
center La Zenia Boulevard is also only 700 meters away. In the immediate vicinity there is an abundance of cozy
restaurants & cafes. Next to Flamenca Village resort is a large Mercadona supermarket. If you like a market, you can
indulge yourself on Saturdays in the street market of Playa Flamenca, which you can find just 200 meters away. If you
come to play golf, the nearest golf course Villamartin Golf is about 4 kilometers away.
Flamenca Village resort offers many luxurious communal facilities including a large swimming pool with bar, large
heated swimming pool, children's pools, playground, jacuzzi, gym & wellness. Naturally, in addition to the atmospheric
gardens, there are also sunbathing areas.
The apartment has an attractively furnished living room with lots of daylight through the large windows. The
apartment is oriented to the west so that you can enjoy the sun from early afternoon to evening, in the house but also
on the spacious balcony of approx. 20 m². On this balcony you have a view of a park with green areas. Due to the
location of the apartment in the middle of the quiet park, it offers a lot of privacy.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine,
toaster and other equipment. If you want to cook for yourself, that is no problem.
The house offers 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (160 x 200) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200). Both
bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, washbasin and shower. The master bedroom on the terrace side of the
apartment has an en-suite bathroom.
The house can be cooled and heated by means of an integrated air conditioning (hot & cold). The bathrooms have
underfloor heating if it is cold. The house has very fast Wi-Fi and TV where you can receive all Dutch and Flemish
channels. The apartment and the underground parking garage can be reached by elevator and/or stairs.
No pets are allowed in this holiday home. In addition, smoking is not allowed inside. No tenants under the age of 25
and no groups allowed in this property.
Hibernate: Our hibernation period is from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly rate applies. The rental
period can start on any day of the month. This does not therefore have to coincide with a calendar month.
Key collection: Key collection is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day
of your stay from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11:00 am. Other times are
possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with
various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and personally hand over the keys with
you and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
Total Service: We also provide airport service. If desired, we can also pick you up from and drop you off at the airport.
Upon arrival at the airport, a Dutch-speaking driver will be waiting for you. This will take you directly to your holiday
home and back to the airport at the agreed time. If desired, we can also provide a shopping package upon arrival. We
will do everything we can to give you a wonderful holiday!
