In the reservation the client will have to pay 50% of the total stay.
The client must pay the balance of the remaining 50% 6 weeks before arrival.
Cleaning will be paid on the day of arrival.
The deposit will be paid on the day of arrival and will be returned within 10 days of departure. (In case of damage or excessive consumption of electricity, the deposit will be retained in part or in full).

Cost of electricity after: 140kWh, 0.35 kWh Euro
