approximately 6 km away, where you may be able to play a game of golf every now and then.
This attractive apartment is on the fourth floor that can be reached by a lift. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms with one
double bed and two single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms adjacent to each bedroom and equipped with a
sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
From the living room you have a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The sea is only 150 meters away. There you can walk
along a boulevard. The apartment has a spacious balcony where you can feel the cooling breeze from the sea.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, kettle,
etc. In the utility room you can find the washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi by optic fibre and all TV chanels. The apartment also has integrated air
conditioning that can both cool and heat the apartment.
You can use the communal swimming pool with sprayers and a large children's pool and the accompanying
playground. You can also park your car or bicycles in the underground parking garage.
