At only 600 meters you can find the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. The popular shopping
center La Zenia Boulevard is also only 700 meters away. In the immediate vicinity there is an abundance of cozy
restaurants & cafes. A large supermarket is located right next to the resort. If you like a market then you can indulge
yourself on Saturdays in the street market of Playa Flamenca which is only 400 meters away. If you come to play golf,
the nearest golf course Villamartin Golf is about 4 kilometers away. The area is flat and ideal for cycling and walking.
Flamenca Village resort offers many luxurious communal facilities including a large swimming pool with bar, large

and other equipment. If you want to cook for yourself, that's no problem.
The house offers 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 double bed. The single beds can be placed next to each other if
desired. The linen is Egyptian cotton. The two bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, washbasin and shower. In
addition, this house is equipped with a workplace, with daylight, and a nice view, desk, chair and desk lamp.
The house can be cooled and heated by means of an integrated air conditioning (hot & cold). The bathrooms have
